Product availability is not guaranteed until an order is confirmed. In the rare event that an item becomes unavailable after your order is placed, we will notify you and offer a substitute, backorder, or full refund.

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase, which we may accept or decline at our discretion — for example, in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or unavailability of stock. An order is confirmed only once you receive an order confirmation email or SMS.

We accept payment via major credit and debit cards, UPI, net banking, popular wallets, and Cash on Delivery on eligible orders. All online payments are processed through secure, PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways — RK Sports Zone does not store your full card details on its servers.
