1. Delivery Timelines
Most orders are dispatched within 24-48 hours of confirmation. Delivery typically takes 2-4 business days for metro cities (Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad, Mumbai, Delhi NCR, Pune, Kolkata) and 4-7 business days for other cities and towns across India.
Delivery timelines shown at checkout are estimates based on your pincode and may occasionally be affected by weather, regional holidays, or courier network disruptions. We will notify you by email or SMS if your order is expected to be delayed.
2. Shipping Fees & Free Shipping
Orders above ₹999 qualify for free standard shipping anywhere in India. Orders below this amount incur a flat shipping fee of ₹99, calculated automatically at checkout.
Bulky items such as kit bags or bulk shuttlecock cartons may occasionally carry a small additional handling fee, which will always be shown clearly before you complete your order — there are no hidden charges.
3. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking link by email and SMS. You can also track any order at any time from Account → Orders, or via our Track Order page using your order number and registered email address.
4. Delivery Partners
We work with a network of trusted logistics partners to ensure reliable, insured delivery across India, selecting the fastest available courier for your pincode at the time of dispatch. Signature or OTP confirmation may be required for high-value orders.
5. Undeliverable & Failed Deliveries
Our delivery partners attempt delivery up to three times. If delivery fails after three attempts — for example, due to an incorrect address or the recipient being unavailable — the order is returned to our warehouse, and our support team will reach out to arrange re-delivery or a refund.
Please ensure your shipping address and phone number are accurate and that someone is available to receive the package, as incorrect address details may result in delivery delays or additional shipping charges for re-attempted delivery.
6. International Shipping
At this time, RK Sports Zone ships only within India. International shipping is on our roadmap — subscribe to our newsletter to be notified when it becomes available.
